About Leralee

Hi! I'm Leralee. I've cared for children at various stages of development for over 20 years babysitting nieces and nephews from infancy to age 13 as well as others over 5 years in paid babysitting positions. I've taught art and dance as a guest teacher at an elementary school, a university and in community. I enjoy being with children. I like to support who they are and who they are becoming by assisting with their propensities and goals. I thrive working with defined needs and will naturally nurture whomever I'm caring for emotionally, intellectually and am vigilant about their physical safety. I apply my ideas generously to engaging in activities and don't feel the need to turn on the TV. I'm quite capable of many things and like being a team player with good communication and follow through. I'm able to "think on my feet" and can act quickly. I have references.
