Leonela consistently went above and beyond, not only ensuring our kids were safe and well cared for, but also feeding them well-balanced meals, engaging them in fun and meaningful activities, and spending quality time simply playing and being present with them. Her presence was always calm, respectful, and communicative, making us feel completely at ease any time we had to be away. Our children absolutely loved being with her and would always look forward to their time together.
