I have worked in childcare for 20+ years, mainly as a Nanny, but I also worked as a Preschool teacher for 5 years. I have experience with children ages 0-7 years, with a recent newborn experience, and of course all the way until teenage years with my own children. I've attended the CPR course 3 times during my Preschool teaching years, and completed the TECTA (Tennessee Early Childhood Training Alliance) college course along with numerous hours of early childhood training classes.

Lena has been nothing short of fantastic and has been a reliable and wonderful presence in our lives. Our daughter adores her, as do we. She has been accommodating, highly responsive and happy to help whenever we need additional childcare outside regular hours. Her dedication to the children she cares for goes beyond the scope of a typical nanny, which is the very reason why she feels much more like family to us.
