About Lela

I am seeking opportunities to babysit, tutor, and entertain kiddos during this upcoming spring and summer. I am a current 7th grade math teacher and have teaching and tutoring experience ranging from grades 3-12 in subjects including math, ELA, chemistry, and Mandarin. Before teaching, I studied Neuroscience at Amherst College where I also pursued internships in public health and research-related fields. I competed in cross-country and track and field and continue to enjoy an active lifestyle. I am an organized, patient, and confident childcare provider and am willing to help out where it is needed.
