Leitzel has been a wonderful nanny for our 2-year-old for over a year. From the first meeting, I noticed how quickly she was able to make our son feel comfortable with her calm and engaging energy. Since then, they've developed a beautiful bond - he lights up every day when she comes through the door, often running to her for a hug. Leitzel is very attuned and able to meet him where he is as he's gone through some big developmental milestones, which is especially impressive given our son's big personality! With her, he has developed an impressive vocabulary for his age, is happy and confident almost all the time, and feels safe to express himself and make friends in the little playground that has become their community. I feel confident that he's well taken care of when I'm away, whether it's with naps, playtime, or meals. With us, she's always punctual, willing to work with us and our needs, and communicates directly and clearly. I especially appreciate that she always takes time to give us plenty of updates, pictures, and observations about our son during the day. I would recommend Leitzel to another family wholeheartedly!
