About Leira Paula

Hi I'm Leira! I'm a patient, kind, and attentive caregiver and Pre-Nursing student. I enjoy working with children because I genuinely enjoy caring for others and creating an environment where kids feel safe, comfortable, and supported. I have experience working with children ages 4-13 as a youth class instructor, where I guided children through activities, encouraged confidence, helped them learn new skills, and created a positive and fun environment. My professional caregiving experience has also strengthened my patience, communication, responsibility, and ability to recognize the individual needs of those in my care. I'm a Certified Nursing Assistant and BLS certified through the American Heart Association. I'm also comfortable helping with meals, light housekeeping, homework, activities, and daily routines. I hope to provide families with reliable and compassionate care while making sure their children feel safe, heard, and cared for.
