About Leilany

Unlocking your child's unique potential is at the heart of my teaching practice. With one year of experience supporting elementary students in Math, English, and Foreign Language, I focus on building confidence rather than simple memorization. I create a supportive environment by actively listening to how your child interacts with new material, allowing me to adapt my approach through visual aids, hands-on activities, or guided discussion. When concepts become challenging, I break them into manageable steps and connect lessons to personal interests to keep engagement high. I believe clear communication with families is essential to building the trust necessary for academic growth. Nothing is more rewarding than witnessing that "aha!" moment when a student masters a new skill. I am happy to meet at your home, the library, or a local coffee shop to help your student thrive, and I look forward to supporting your family's educational journey.
