About Leilani

I've been a nanny for 6 years and have worked in the childcare field since 2016. I started out mentoring and tutoring K-3 students, then moved into a teacher's assistant role. During the pandemic, a family from the school asked me to become their nanny, and I've loved the work ever since. We're still very close to this day. I recently finished another long-term nanny position after welcoming my own little one, and I remain deeply connected to that family as well. Building meaningful relationships and watching children grow is truly the heart of why I love this field. I enjoy getting creative, staying active, and creating a nurturing, fun environment for kids of all ages. I have professional experience caring for children from 7 months old through eighth grade, and now also bring firsthand experience as a new mom.
