About Leilani

Hello! :) My name is Leilani, and I have over four years of direct childcare experience. Most recently I worked with a toddler full time (just turned 1yo at start) for a year and a half. I worked with another toddler and occasionally her 5yo brother before that, and twin sister 10yos for a summer. I recently lost my full time position doing fundraising and event planning in a local nonprofit due to budget cuts, so I am seeking childcare work in the interim while my career path takes a brief pause. I offer a warm and playful energy while also incorporating clear structure and routine. I believe in open and honest communication between parent and caregiver to make sure our goals are aligned and developmental milestones are met.
