About Leilah

I worked for my family's childcare center as a leader teacher and program supervisor. I have experience with fostering children 5-13 yo. I'm passionate about fostering children's growth and development, which led me to become a childcare provider. My patient and friendly nature helps me connect with children and create a nurturing environment. With 2 years of experience, I'm comfortable caring for up to 4 children, ranging from toddlers to preteens. I enjoy playing various games with children, including sports, board games, and educational games that promote learning. To keep parents updated about their child's day, I provide written daily reports and have verbal communication during pickup or use their preferred method of communication. I'm very comfortable enforcing household rules, ensuring a safe and structured environment for the children in my care. I have some college education and am certified in CPR and First Aid.
