For over a decade, I've dedicated myself to providing compassionate care to adults and seniors. My journey began with positive experiences in adult and senior care roles, which inspired me to make a real difference in people's lives, offering support to both them and their families. I understand the importance of creating a comfortable environment for those in my care. I am patient, empathetic, and approachable. I also have a great scence of humor and can make anyone feel welcomed around me. I communicate with families through daily reports and regular updates via text or phone calls, always respecting their preferred method. I am experienced in de-escalating stressful situations, handling confusion, and incorporating memory care activities. I provide respite care, transportation, hospice services, and personal care. I also assist with errands, light housekeeping, meal preparation, dementia care, and ADL's. Feeding, grooming bathing ect.
