Diana went above and beyond to help me with my care needs today helping me with my own doctor's visit. She was punctual and extremely kind and compassionate. She knew I was nervous to see the doctor and going in the elevator. She could hear my breathing was elevated and she asked if I was okay and told me that I got this, and my anxiety went away. I am so grateful for Diana. I would hire her again in a heartbeat, and I have asked her to help me with my mom's doctor's appointment in the future as she has Alzheimer's.
