About Lee

Developing relationships is what I do best! It's great fun getting to know children and figuring out what makes them happy and thrive. I also enjoy getting to know the parents and finding out how I may be able to help them with balancing home/work and childcare. It's been my experience that if we work together to make that happen, everyone wins!! I have worked with one to up to three children at a time and am comfortable with different ages. We sing a lot and laugh more as we learn about how to be a good human. I prefer activity to screen time, but understand when a child needs to veg. I love crafts, and most sports. I'll do legos - if I must! Ha! Mostly, I just love them and encourage them to do their best!
