About Leara

Hi! My name is Leara , and I'm a 20-year-old student with 2. 5 years of childcare experience through the Boys & Girls Club of Dane County as a Youth Development Professional and Art Program Coordinator. I have an Associates degree in Liberal Arts through Madison College, I'm CPR certified, bilingual in Spanish with a Seal of Biliteracy, and registered on the Wisconsin Registry with additional childcare training through Spellman University. I offer reliable transportation always! I'm easygoing yet structured, and I love art, play, and helping children express their creativity while feeling supported and cared for. Being playful, kind, and easy to talk to are some of my biggest strengths, and I truly enjoy building positive connections with children and families.
