Hi, I'm Leana ! I am a senior college student studying Biochemistry in the Honors College and a CRLA Level 1 Certified Tutor. My experience spans a wide range of age groups and learning styles--from volunteering in elementary classrooms during high school to mentoring Division I student-athletes at FIU's Student-Athlete Academic Center (SAAC). Whether I'm introducing early learners to core fundamentals through engaging, patience-centered instruction or helping college students break down rigorous coursework under tight schedules, my goal is the same: making complex ideas accessible and building independent confidence. I tailor every session to the student's unique pace, learning habits, and goals, fostering a supportive environment where mastering tough concepts feels completely achievable.
