About Leah

As the oldest sibling, being around kids and seeing the development of children has always been something dear to me. So much so, I accumulated over 600 hours throughout high school volunteering as a cabin leader at a science camp in Santa Cruz! I am starting my sophomore year of college studying child development and I have engaged in First Aid Training, and Early Child Development Coursework. I'm comfortable caring for up to three children and enjoy engaging them with outdoor games, board games, and even some fun apps! I am patient, friendly, and always follow the parents' lead when it comes to household rules. I provide regular updates via text or phone call, and I'm happy to follow your preferred communication style. I am also available for carpooling, light housekeeping, and travel. Knowing I can positively impact a child's life and support families is what I love most about being working with kids, and I look forward to creating a safe and happy environment for your little ones.
