About Leah

Hello! My name is Leah and I am looking for childcare job opportunities in the Pioneer Valley this summer! I love working with children and using my intuitive sense of listening and understanding to respond with care, intention, and specificity. I have experience working with children as a dance teacher, summer camp assistant director, and after school volunteer tutor in reading and math. Throughout these jobs, I have developed an individualized child-centered approach to care. In my work with children, I love working creatively! I enjoy designing and facilitating open-ended visual arts projects that allow for children to creatively respond and uniquely express themselves. I am trained in adult and pediatric first aid, CPR, AED, medication administration, and concussion intervention.
