I have professional experience taking care of infants as well as children from the age of 1 to 17 years of age. I'm specialized in working with children that are experiencing mental illnesses, behavioral disorders, and neurological conditions. I'm CPR Certified, and Covid vaccinated. I'm currently taking online classes for nursing school. I enjoy getting children engaged in activities, and helping them with homework. Leah always went above and beyond the call of duty. Her specific responsibilities were to feed the girls the snack I left each day and get them started on their homework; however many times I would come home and find that she had taken on additional responsibilities of her own volition. Leah would wash breakfast dishes when I did not get to them in the morning. Sometimes I would be pleasantly surprised to find that she had unloaded the dishwasher, folded laundry, or helped the girls tidy their rooms. She assisted them with school projects, would take them outside to play and would start cooking dinner if I was running late. She did all of these things without being asked. I highly recommend Leah for any job working with children. She has been an excellent role model for my daughters and a kind nurturing sitter!
