Hi! My name's Leah, and I'm a recent CSU grad with a BS in human development and family studies and a pre-health concentration. I have been working with kids for a very long time. Some of my experience includes being a summer camp counselor, a child and youth mentor for at-risk children, a support for families who have children with intellectual, developmental, and physical disabilities, and as an early intervention OT intern! I discovered my passion for working with medically-complex children and children with various abilities through a company contracted through Larimer County to provide respite and support to families in need. Ever since then, I've felt drawn to help support kiddos and their families through their difficulties in raising a child with special needs! That's why I will pursue my doctorate in Occupational Therapy in the future. I love working with kiddos and have a special place in my heart for each one I get the pleasure of spending time with!
