After moving to SD, I transitioned into a Direct Support Professional role, assisting individuals with behavioral and total care needs. Upon moving to CO, I secured a position at an intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) facility and also worked with a non-medical home care agency. Through Western CO Area Health Education Center (WCAHEC). I earned my Nurse Assistant training and received my CNA on June 03, 2025. Additionally, I am a Qualified Medication Administration Personnel (QMAP). I am open to relocation. I am able to work 12-hour shifts. I am flexible regarding day or overnight shifts.

Leah is a wonderful caregiver. She always arrives before her shift starts and stays after. She is very attentive to my Mom's needs and follows instructions to the T. She is always willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done. She keeps my Moms room clean and sanitized. She gets her ready and dressed for the day, takes her to meals and activities, assists with bathroom needs. I'm grateful for her loving care.
