My positive experiences in previous roles fueled my desire to make a real difference in their lives. I am patient, calm, compassionate, and detail-oriented. I communicate with families through written daily reports, verbal updates, and regular texts or calls. Understanding your loved one's preferences and history is important to me when building a connection. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with grace. I provide respite care, errands, light housekeeping, meal preparation, medical management, and mobility assistance. I also have CPR Training. I believe my skills and experience can bring peace of mind to your family. I'm eager to learn how I can best support your loved one and bring a little sunshine into their day.
