About Leah

Hi! I'd describe my personality as caring, responsible, and creative. I like working with kids because I love seeing the world through their eyes. From everyday conversations to playing games and going on little adventures, working with kids has always been a passion of mine. I also love helping families balance their busy schedules by providing reliable childcare. I'm looking for a local job where I can work after school hours and/or on the weekends. I started working with kids in sixth grade through local babysitting jobs and tutoring. I am currently a Mandarin tutor and have been tutoring for 5+ years. In my spare time, I like to go on bike rides, listen to music, and learn languages! I also love to spend time with my family and pets. One thing you should know about me is that I work best with open communication. I hope that we can work together to make the best environment possible for the child(ren), and if something isn't working I am always free to chat.
