About Leah

Hi there, I'm Leah! :) I'm 21, and being the second oldest of 9, I've been taking care of children for as long as I can remember(including babysitting for other families for close to 7 years). I love encouraging children of all ages to learn and explore at every opportunity(which makes me very anti-iPad baby). I have lots of experience with taking kids out on adventures including, but not limited to light hiking, zoos, aquariums, museums, coffee shops, libraries, and stores. Currently my part-time job is as a daycare teacher from 12:30-5:30 p.m. M-F, although I am looking to fill-in my open hours with extra babysitting gigs or switch to nannying full-time. I am also open to moving out of state for full-time nanny jobs in/around Philly or Boston. I love hiking, traveling, listening to music, exploring new places, and cooking/baking from scratch! I am safe environment trained/certified with the Catholic Diocese of Phoenix, and I have a valid fingerprint card with the state of Arizona.
