About Leah

Hello! My name is Leah, I am a kind, gentle, nurturing 29-year-old woman. I am immensely passionate about caring for children as I see them each as unique individuals who deserve kindness, compassion and presence. I grew up as the oldest daughter of 7 children, so I've had a great amount of real-life training caring for children of all ages. I've also cared for several children with mental health issues and handicaps, nannied twins + a newborn, multiple toddlers, and I have experience homeschooling and tutoring both with my own siblings and several previous families! I apply a gentle, Montessori way of caring for children, as well as creating routines and co-regulation techniques to help children feel safe and stable within the home. I have been a Mother's helper and house keeper from time to time, and have amazing skills with organization and cleaning-if you desire help with those! I also love being in nature and would be more than happy to explore with your kids!
