About Laylaa

Hi there! My name is Laylaa, and I'm a certified educator with over eight years of experience teaching and coaching mathematics teachers. I hold a Pennsylvania certification in Grades 4-8 Mathematics and a New Jersey certification in K-6 Elementary Education. I earned my bachelor's degree in International Studies and Geography from Miami University and a master's degree in the Art of Teaching. I specialize in Common Core mathematics and have extensive experience providing high-dosage, personalized tutoring to help students build confidence and mastery. In addition to my classroom and coaching background, I have three years of experience working in an infant center, where I supported children's early development and learning through nurturing, hands-on care. Whether I'm helping a student tackle challenging math concepts or caring for little ones during their most formative years, I bring patience, creativity, and a genuine love for helping children grow.
