About Laurie

Hi! I'm a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with several years of experience supporting children with autism and other developmental and behavioral needs. I have a bachelor's degree in Health Science and am currently working toward my BCBA certification. I specialize in special needs care, behavior support, communication development, emotional regulation, daily routines, and building independence through positive, child-centered approaches. I'm comfortable working with children of all abilities, including those with challenging behaviors, and I have experience managing households with multiple children. As a mother of several children, including children with special needs, I understand the patience, flexibility, structure, and compassion families need every day. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and engaging environment where children can thrive.
