I currently work with a Senior, plus very part time as an office manager in Elm Grove. I am looking to become a companion caregiver to another area senior 20-32 additional hours per week. Please note: I can not help with transfers or lifting. I have assisted directly with several area seniors over the last few years, assisting with general housekeeping, downsizing, meal prep, companionship and transportation. I have also worked in a home care agency as well as a senior living community. I have true compassion for the elderly, a kind heart, am trustworthy, dependable and very honest. I've been married for over 30 years (to the same guy :) and am a mom to a 25 yr old daughter. I have a clean DMV record and background check and drive a 2019 SUV. Laurie is an amazing person! She is compassionate, empathetic, personable, and has great skills. We hired Laurie for senior companionship, evening meal prep and clean up, and for eyes on our elderly father during the time of day when he experiences anxiety. Laurie made everything better! We have tremendous peace of mind when Laurie is with our loved one. We highly recommend Laurie.
