About Lauren

I am a career nanny with a strong background in teaching at a professional level. I've been working in childcare for years in many different fields including long term nannying, home education, and with special needs families. I have a degree in Education and Psychological Development. I have worked with children of all ages, from newborns to high school age. My experience working with special needs children has taught me to approach all children with patience and flexibility, meeting them on their terms. I encourage all children to explore their world and have fun while playing and learning. I have incorporated my teaching background into my work as a nanny, creating learning experiences and enrichment activities for families with young children.
