Greetings! I'm Danesha, a passionate educator and professional nanny with a Bachelor's in Psychology and Child Development from the University of Houston Downtown. Currently, I'm pursuing my Master's in Counseling to become a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), set to graduate in August 2025. I'm also proudly serving as an Army reservist.
With three years of full-time teaching experience, I bring a wealth of knowledge in education, homework assistance, and tutoring to my role as a nanny. Since 2018, I've had the privilege of working with 36 diverse families, specializing in long-term partnerships that allow me to make a lasting impact on children's lives.
As a professional nanny, I offer comprehensive care that goes far beyond basic supervision. My expertise in behavioral issues and child development enables me to provide both academic support and emotional guidance. I have a particular passion for overnight nanny work, supporting families during crucial nighttime hours.

Danesha does overnight babysitting for my boys (age 8 & 10) and my 4 dogs. She takes wonderful care of my children and follows all my instructions. Leaving kids overnight is difficult and I am comforted that my sons like Danesha and are happy to have her come stay. She's easy to collaborate with, flexible when needed, and very responsible. I highly recommend her as a babysitter!

Danesha was amazing with my 4 kids! We loved having her, and would hire her again in a heartbeat. She was able to communicate beautifully with all ages. She is very reliable. We will miss her! 

We had a great experience working with Nesha as our babysitter.  She is dependable and easy to work with even when we had some schedule changes that were no fault of her own.  My kids who are pretty shy got along with her well.

Danesha has been a blessing to our family. She is a very responsible young woman with an awesome head on her shoulders, a very difficult to find in this day and age. She has helped us overnights with our 1 year old daughter, who has some medical needs, since she was about 8 weeks old. Danesha ran her feeding tube and also  helped us while she was in a hip cast for 3 months, and her hip brace, following the cast, until present time. 

Danesha is easy to work with, fun to talk to and just an overall loving person. You cannot go wrong. If you have the opportunity to work with her, I recommend you take the chance before somebody else does and you miss out on a wonderful addition to your family like she was for us. We never had an issue and are only letting her go to someone else because baby is sleeping through the night, in her crib and doesn't require tube feedings throughout the night any longer.

Nesha was very kind, patient and loving to our 3 year old and infant twins! We are very thankful for all she did!

Nesha has worked for us providing after school childcare for 2 girls for 9 months. She's incredibly dependable and I can always count on her. The girls adore her and she's more like family now.

If I could hire her again, I would in a second. BEST babysitter/nanny you can imagine. The only reason I didn't keep her is I was laid off. She was as much a caregiver to my kids as she was to our entire family. I cannot say enough about this angel who my children still talk about & miss so much to this very day. I hear "can Neesha come back when you have a job?" On like a weekly basis. Thanks kids for making me feel like a great Mom! Lol ;-)
But seriously, no job is too small, no challenge too great, she is sweet & caring, firm when she needs to be to adults & kids alike (my little boy who could melt an ice queen with his eyes still couldn't get away with anything & he knew it - I wish I had her Look talent) but a total cuddle & softy when the kids needed it. Homework done, house clean, kids happy, fed, & transported to activities - this woman was my savior & I wish I still had her today. So do my kiddos! We miss you Neesha!!!! Wait - don't hire her! I might need her again! ;-)

Nesha was wonderful with our baby girl!  She started watching our 2 month old baby in November though March 2019. Our daughter was getting into daycare in March, but I was upset letting Nesha go and even considered keeping Nesha till she was done with school in May.  Nesha was on time, great with our daughter and our son (he was at daycare), she loved our animals and was a pleasure to talk to. She is very trust worthy and responsible. She will be missed. If you hire her you will not be disappointed!
