Most recently, I was a full-time Nanny for 1. 5 years to baby L ( 8 weeks to todder) October 2023 to February 2024. For baby L, I prepared all baby items daily, laundry, toy rotation, sleep training, baby sign-language, songs, storytelling, and solids. Before baby L, I worked for a family in Media, 2 yr & 4 yr for 12 months. I adore teaching toddlers life-skills, independence, early literacy building (color and image recognition), and encourage hand movement, writing at an early age), and imaginative play. Thank you ! I would like everyone to know I have two very "hard children" so some would say. My youngest has Epilepsy, he is globally delayed and autistic. My oldest is 7 going on 17 with all the lovely attitude that follows.. Having met someone like Lauren was a rare gift for our family. Most Nannie's or caregivers in our situation would just throw the tv on for B and kinda hope for the best. Lauren came in observed our life style and knew immediately that he was a sensory seeking kiddo. Next thing you know there is a home made water table made with water, chia seeds,food dye for fun w color and more importantly understood that he put everything in his Mouth and this was a fun non toxic healthy sensory activity. She sang songs with him, clapping counting .. my oldest she actually got him EXCITED to read his books to her !! Lauren is a kind caring women who really puts education fun and safety first :) ! I'm so glad we hired her ! Anytime she is in our area we ask for her :) Thank you Lauren!
