About Elaine

My name is Elaine and I am an artist, child care worker and educator based in Philly. I have 10 years of paid experience in childcare. My experience began in 2015 working at a Spanish immersion preschool for about five years. I have since then transitioned into nannying infants and toddlers part-time, while teaching art making programs and workshops. As a nanny I aim to help children learn how to navigate life through playing and exploring. First by taking into consideration the safety of the child's environment, modeling respectful behavior, and helping provide the tools for developmental milestones, and adapting to the needs of the family. I have my first aid and CPR training up to date as well as clearances, references, and criminal records ready to provide. I hope to create lasting relationships and build trust over time!
