About Lauren

I am an experienced early childhood educator and nanny with a background in ESL instruction and ADHD-informed care. I have supported preschool-age ADHD children with school readiness, emotional regulation, and early literacy through consistent, play-based, and structured learning. I specialize in early phonics and pre-reading skills for blossoming or late readers, especially children who struggle with attention, frustration, or traditional teaching approaches. My ESL experience strongly informs my phonics work, with an emphasis on sound-based learning rather than rote memorization.
