About Lauren

I am a full-time pediatric RN at Brenner Children's Hospital, where I care for patients ranging in age from NICU to 25 years old. With a consistent 3-day work schedule, I have the flexibility of 4 days off each week and am hoping to match with families I can assist to the best of my ability. I bring strong multitasking skills, the ability to stay calm and think critically in times of stress or crisis, and a deep passion for supporting growing minds. I prioritize engaging children in fun, developmentally stimulating activities, including sensory play and outdoor adventures, while minimizing screen time in line with parental preferences. I'm comfortable planning and taking local day trips to explore and enjoy everything the Triad community has to offer.
