Hello my name is Lauren. Nurturing young minds is my passion. With two years of experience caring for children aged newborn to 5 years old. I find immense joy in fostering their growth and development. My approach is patient and calm, and I strive to be friendly and approachable to both children and parents. I am comfortable caring for one child at a time, allowing me to provide focused and attentive care. I communicate with parents through verbal updates at pickup and always respect their preferred method of communication. I follow the parents' lead in enforcing household rules. I enjoy engaging children with outdoor sports, physical games, board games, and puzzles. I am also certified in First Aid Training and CPR Training and have completed Early Child Development Coursework. I am happy to help with carpooling and light housekeeping. Ultimately, I am driven to make a positive impact on children's lives, and I hope to bring my enthusiasm and dedication to your family.
