About Lauren

Hi! My name is Lauren, and I'm a patient, encouraging tutor with experience working with elementary-aged students. I've previously tutored young learners and enjoy helping them build confidence, strong study habits, and a positive attitude toward learning. I'm currently an undergraduate student studying nutrition, which has strengthened my organization, discipline, and ability to explain concepts clearly. In addition to academics, I'm the captain of my volleyball team and regularly teach volleyball skills, giving me experience leading, motivating, and working with kids of all skill levels. I also offer beginner piano lessons for young students and enjoy introducing children to music in a fun, supportive way. I strive to create a calm, structured, and encouraging environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and growing at their own pace.
