About Lauren

Hi! My name is Lauren, and I bring over 6 years of hands-on experience working with children of all ages and abilities. I've worked in after-school programs, tiny tots classes, and across dozens of elementary, middle, and high schools as a special needs aide. I'm trained as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and have worked with top healthcare staffing agencies like Ro Health, Amergis, and Maxim Healthcare. I have experience in home care and classroom settings with up to 20 children, and I'm comfortable with diaper changes, feeding, play, and learning activities. I'm CPR certified for adults and infants and CPI trained, with a strong background in supporting children with autism and other developmental needs. I'm nurturing, reliable, and passionate about creating safe, fun, and engaging environments for every child I care for.
