Melanny took my wife and I by surprise when we hired her to look after our son. He was only 2 months old when she started; so feeling safe with someone was the only care we had. Not only does she have every credential one would want (CPR, etc.), she is also by far the most caring, hard working, and punctual au pair we could be lucky enough to find. Her ability and desire to be flexible in regard to what a parent wants with meal times, nap times, and play time was so very helpful. Even though at this point, we do not need Melanny to watch our son, we still have her come a few hours a few days a week. My son misses her too much. That should last portion should and does tell a parent everything.
