Lauren is friendly and outgoing. She is always helpful. I can depend on her to be responsive to my requests.She works very diligently in handling all of the questions and problems sent her way. She is flexible. Lauren dog sits for us and I have the utmost confidence in her when she is at my house caring for my dog, Lauren goes the extra mile with him.
