Lauren is a breath of fresh air. She is a good communicator; relating to scheduling and giving us updates on the kids, and with our children. She sets clear expectations with the kids, and her gentle directness engenders both affection and respect. She has helped my parents before when they were taking care of the kids while we had a weekend away, and they loved her as well. She's a keeper.
