I am a Certified Nursing Assistant with a passion for providing excellent care to seniors and their families. With a strong background in physical fitness and expertise in body mechanics, I place a high priority on safely assisting clients with activities of daily living and rehabilitation. I am proficient in monitoring vital signs, providing mobility support, and managing medications. A natural encourager and empathetic communicator, I am committed to delivering compassionate, high-quality care in everything I do. I began caring for seniors earlier this year, but my passion for helping others move and feel their best has been a part of my life for over 20 years as a fitness professional. I bring decades of experience in promoting health and independence, and I'm excited to make a meaningful difference in this new chapter of my career.
