About Lauren

I like tutoring because I am able to still interact with children and use my skills as a teacher. My skills include patience, creativity, and bringing individualized lessons to meet their needs. I started tutoring when I came back to the US in Spring 2023, where I was teaching abroad, before starting a new school year here. I have taught full time PreK to 12th grade students. I have a Masters in Education and a second Masters in Special Education. I have taught for 9 years and I have my own tutoring business at the-tutoring-hub. com. Please let me know if there are specific days and times. In my spare time, I like to read, play with my cats, exercise outdoors, and watch movies with friends. My skills include differentiated instruction to fit the student's needs, patience and consistent use of breaks/rewards, and making learning new skills easier for the student and parent.
