About Lauren

I'm a recent college graduate with nearly 10 years of babysitting and childcare experience. I began babysitting at age 13 and continued working with families throughout high school and college, caring for children of various ages. Over the past two years, I've spent approximately two months volunteering in Africa, working in childhood education and supporting orphans and children with special needs. My passion for childcare began at a young age, as my mother was a special education teacher in inner-city Cleveland, Ohio. Growing up around her work taught me the importance of patience, compassion, and understanding each child's individual needs. I'm responsible, dependable, and attentive, and I enjoy creating a safe, positive, and engaging environment for children!
