Lauren has been an absolutely incredible nanny for our family for the last 3 years, caring for our two boys (preschool aged - now currently 6 & 7 years) consistently throughout summers and was available to help during Thanksgiving and Winter breaks. From the moment Lauren started, my husband and I were impressed with her responsibility and maturity. Her energy and enthusiasm instantly connected with our family. She always was up for keeping our energetic boys busy - Whether it was trips to the park, pool days or just being silky and having fun around the house. Lauren seamlessly handled school pickups, tackled birthday parties, prepared snacks and lunch meals, and always ensured the kids were happy and well-cared for all day long. Coming home to a tidy and organized house with toys after a busy workday was always appreciated. We also absolutely loved the constant stream of photos she would send throughout the day, giving us peace of mind and a glimpse into all the fun our boys were having. The personalized playlist she created for our oldest son was such a thoughtful and creative touch – it truly showed how much she paid attention to their individual interests. Lauren is a strong communicator, always keeping us in the loop about the kids' day and any important updates. She was always clear and proactive with sharing her availability. While we are sad that we no longer require her services this summer, we hope to have her for occasional nights out. To anyone looking for an energetic, reliable, and genuinely caring nanny, our family wholeheartedly recommends Lauren. She truly adores children and any family would be happy to have her!
