Lauren seemed good with my kids when she showed up... She was booked 4 days and only showed up two of them. The first one she said was a miscommunication and I gave her the benefit of the doubt. She came to work to more days for 4 hours each day as a trial basis. On the following third day she was suppose to come for a full 9-5 trial day as a nanny, she was a no show with no communication. I even had coverage already planned with a sitter and Lauren knew I canceled the other sitter so that we could try a full day nanny trial to see if it was a good fit. If you're looking for reliable (every Mom is) this isn't the right hire.
