About Lauren

Hello! My name is Lauren, and I am currently working as an ER social worker while building a career in real estate. I also provide childcare for one family once a week and am looking to add another family with a schedule that works for everyone involved. I hold a Bachelor's in Child and Family Development (Psychology minor) and a Master's in Social Work. My experience includes working with children in homes, schools, hospitals, daycares, and mental health settings. I bring a strong understanding of child development, emotional regulation, and behavior support. I have prior nanny experience, including long-term care, and enjoy supporting children through structure, learning, and play. I can assist with homework, routines, errands, light housekeeping, pet care, and transportation. I am not currently CPR certified but am willing to renew if needed. I value communication, consistency, and a safe, supportive environment. I'd love to connect and see if I'm a good fit.
