I believe every child deserves a learning experience tailored just for them. Ive been a part of creating engaging and supportive environments where children can explore, grow, and develop essential skills. I value hands-on activities and make learning fun. I observe how each child learns best and adapt my lessons accordingly, using games, projects, reading, or creative activities. When concepts get tough, I break them into small steps and celebrate progress. Communication is key to building trust and understanding each student's needs, and I ensure open lines of communication with both students and parents. The most rewarding experience I've had was working with a child on the spectrum and seeing him become more comfortable and expressive. I have a college degree and am CPR trained.
