About Lauren

My availability starts late summer 2026. I am moving from California to Florida then! I'd love a slower pace and help a family! With 18 years of experience in early childhood education, I have worked with children from age 2 and a half, through elementary school. For the past five years, I have led my own 3s classroom, where I focus on nurturing independence, emotional regulation, and early academic foundations through meaningful play. In addition to teaching, I serve as the Department Head for the 3-Year-Old Program at my current preschool. In this role, I mentor teachers, collaborate on curriculum planning, and help ensure that each classroom provides a safe, structured, and loving environment for children to thrive. What truly sets me apart is my heart for connection. I believe children flourish when they feel seen, heard, and secure. I model kindness, guide emotional growth, and create calm, predictable routines that help children build confidence and joy in learning.
