About Lauren

Hello, my name is Lauren! I am an alum of the U of T, Knoxville, where I recently received my Master's of Science in Social Work. I truly have a passion for people, specifically mothers and children. I am also a certified High Risk Doula. I believe that the relationship between a child and their mother must be nurtured across all aspects of life and is a key factor in the development of high-functioning adults. I have assisted over 10 families in my time as a babysitter/nanny on SitterCity. com, with ages ranging from infancy to 10 years old. In addition to this, I have worked in rehabilitation, assisting mothers and their children through substance abuse and crisis situations. I understand that entrusting your children to a stranger is a significant risk. Still, I'm committed to pouring into whoever I encounter and making their experience one centered on the principles of your home, kindness, and fun.
