About Lauren

Hello! My name is Lauren! I am a full time college student!. I would describe my personality as compassionate, patient, & responsible! I like working with kids because I want to help foster positive experiences and give children the love they deserve. I started working with kids when I became a part-time swim instructor at a local swim school. I taught multiple classes in one day, from ages 3-12+, both group and solo lessons. My skills include safety & supervision, teaching & development, behavior management, relationship building, & parent communication! I'm looking for a job that will be fulfilling emotionally but also help me get through college In my spare time, I like to hang out with friends, go shopping, read, work on my art, try new restaurants and visit new local shops in Lafayette! One thing you should know about me is I am flexible to both you and your child's needs. I love hanging out with kids and I will always be engaging & attentive to your little ones.
