I'd describe my personality as compassionate, friendly, empathetic. I enjoy working with children because they bring a sense of joy and energy into every interaction. Their curiosity and creativity make each day engaging and rewarding. I find it incredibly fulfilling to teach and guide them as they learn new skills and concepts, and there is nothing more meaningful than watching them grow and reach important milestones. Being a part of their development, both academically and personally, gives me a strong sense of purpose and satisfaction. I'm looking for a job that is consistent in a friendly and safe environment. I have over 20 years experience working with children. I have operated my own daycare, as well as worked in school and in homes as a registered behavior technician and paraprofessional.
